Course Objectives | The purpose of this course, the evaluation of the general provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations, in the light of scientific and judicial resources for the birth of debt relations, is to scrutinize the terms and types. |

Course Description | This course includes the analyzing of TCO in comparison with judgement practices, explaining the sources of obligation and debt-creditor relations, the concept of tort liability, unjust enrichment, special relationships, changes of party. |
